• Served as Vice Chair, Head of Client Origination, and Head of Healthcare, Consumer and Gaming Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities, completing more than 350 M&A and capital-raising transactions for a diverse array of healthcare services clients
• Held positions in the Healthcare Investment Banking groups at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) and Kidder Peabody in New York
• Board chair of C3 HealthcareRx and Groth Spine & Pain; Board member of AMM
